“I’ve always had a very active lifestyle. Between my yoga classes, workouts, and daily life, I spent my time looking for outfits that could adapt to my different activities—without ever finding them. They were either too technical or not comfortable enough to wear all day.
As a yoga teacher, I know what it’s like to wear something that restricts you, rides up, or becomes see-through at the wrong moment. I’ve experienced it hundreds of times.
The turning point came when observing my students: the women who felt best were those who had stopped choosing between comfort and style. They wore simple, flowing, effortless pieces.
